That depends on the stock market environment as a whole. RMBS tracks the SOXX fairly well. 70-20-10 or something like that.

So it's easier to predict relative pricing than absolute. I guess that's why hedge funds are easier to run than mutual funds (except when you're in the midst of a stock market bubble).

Re "SEC backs holding CEOs liable for false profit info." That would put them in a hell of a bind. Everyone else wants them to pump the stock price.
