Isn't there some sort of restriction in place around the spectrum LWIN bought through the auctions that prevents it from being bought by larger players? Or if these ever existed are they now over?

Both Northcoast and Devon are both qualifying DE's.

Remember, you can transfer/sell DE properties once they have been built out. If you sell them before, they have to be sold to another qualifying DE. Remember we sold 15Mhz in SLC to SBC.

There are only a handful of C/F Blocks of any major importance that have not been built out. Like Birmingham, Peoria, Evansville/Owensboro, Albany, GA. Most of the Michigan properties are D,E Blocks which don't fall under DE rules. The Michigan C Blocks all have build out completed. Other C blocks held are Fargo, ND, Ancorage, AK, Gallup, NM, Roswell, NM or markets like that.
