Tejek,

Re: "I would say Mississippi or New Mexico......they don't require a permit to
purchase a rifle or handgun, nor to register them, nor to license the owners,
nor a permit to carry......"

I'll be down in New Mexico next month ... Guess I'll have to pick up
a new .44mag. Thanks for the recommendation, Ted.

Make It So,
Yousef

tejek,

re: I would say Mississippi or New Mexico......they don't require a permit to purchase a rifle or handgun, nor to register them, nor to license the owners, nor a permit to carry......but dang, you know what, you have to be 16 and everyone knows a sixteen year old can buy a candy bar!

It's illegal in New Mexico to carry a concealed weapon.

Both states use the Brady Bill required NICS checks system for all handgun and rifle purchases.
