Perhaps! But it was the content of his ramblings which demonstrated to me that he is an idiot. He acted like he was Clinton's father, defending his son's sins. He pointed to Enron's crimes as totally backed by the entire Republican party. With total idiots like Billings in the Democrat party, there is little hope that others in Congress can get this economy back on a roll. Japan's economic situation is "not" like ours. But! If the government waste their time pointing fingers at ghosts and not work their asses off on economic plans, then our country "could" experience what the Japanese have lived under for a decade plus.
