1 of my co-golfers was complaining the other day that his newly bought DELL computer was having problems and that their service line was ATROCIOUS - promises made were never kept, ordered upgrades for software were never delivered, trying to get to the correct person to solve a problem was labarynthmic, call-backs never happened, ....
