To All, Capital One sicced a collection agent on me. He is a nasty SOB on the phone. I asked, "what happened to the affidavit you were supposed to send?" "I know you owe the money because you didn't file an affidavit." Huh! I highly unrecommend ever doing business with this firm. Of course, I didn't do business with them and they're still after me.

Everyone has credit card horror stories. It just never happened to me before. A totally bogus card sent to a bogus address, using my name, and they are harrassing me. I suppose I'll call a lawyer, but I'd really prefer to call Joey Cokebottles and his magic baseball bat. <g>
