How would you suggest I interpret it? Must there always be layers of meaning behind each utterance? And must the "outer layer" always be so easily subject to "misinterpretation"? Why not just speak clearly in the first place and state the "inner meaning" out front? Is this not possible? Or simply not desirable? In my experience Wisdom and love for all go hand in hand. If God is The All then all paths are "true paths" to God, so there is no need to disparage any path. So when I hear someone doing so I wonder why this is so.
