I totally disagree. In the case of the RWET, the banning authority is used to get rid of anyone that jl disagrees with or doesn't like. Only in a fascist state, is disagreement considered disruptive. That's one reason why I consider jl to be a fascist.

It was merely rude, unless the fact that you are losing an argument and embarrasssing yourself is justification for ejecting one's fellow discussant. The argument was several against one, btw, it wasn't as though they were outnumbered. Since you know JLA's style, you can of course be secure in the knowledge that most of the rudeness and personal insults issued from his keyboard.
