i agree with you on tyc, this accounting issue is overdone,
they reconfirmed guidance of 3.70 this year in earnings, now a value play, top guys buying 500k of shares each (if you can believe them) loading up on march 30 calls at 1.8
(even thought this market is still a bear, been making most of my money shorting the rallies) but this one just "looks cheap"
(but i liked enron at 5)

oops economic numbers stink, may be a little early on tyco, but not much, this market is going to bottom around 9100 on dow and 1750 on naz, seems like we always need good cisco numbers to turn market around, setting up that way again, today is going to see another smackdown
