Medinah 1997 the bith of the FRAUD of PRICE et al.
January 07, 1997, Leslie Price himself and Ian Dow, contracted with me in North Vancouver, for me to go to Chile to get "the business started as per Chilean Law".
Parallel to that, Price and Dow also contracted with my brother to bring the Churrumata site - iup to standards to produce Gold" which we did mostly at our expense and advancing funds to Medinah (our supposed JV capital partners).
My reward was contracted at 1.8 Million shares of US$2 deemed value per share, agreeing to issue 100,000 shares per property after our arrival to Chile and to "buy them back" at US$2 each from Cristobal and me, shortly after my arrival to Chile to re-settle.
We arrived February 1997 with my wife and 2 children of school age, to a Hotel, for Leslie was already late in paying... we started proceedings to register Sierra La Plata S.A. before the Central Bank of Chile.
With Price's documents we registered our Immigration Visas and introduced our credentials to the bankers.
Price and Dow noticed very early that we had no interest in "cheating our represented" nor to "play imaginary mining games" as Medinah was about to embark itself on, for the following years to date...
As soon as the promised and contracted payments to my represented and our personas become binding obligations and then obligations in arrears..., Price, Dow et al, took out the knives and started "surgical procedures"...
First to go... The First General Manager... replaced later by Gloria Vargas's (Ex Director - fired for knowing too much) who in a nepostism mood brougth her nephew Ricardo de La Maza - Boschaner as the "new General Manager" of Sierra La Plata S.A.
I was the Mining Manager at that time, and the knoives where flying, Price sent me a Geologist named Michael Sandadge of Phoenix Arizona (oon fired for knowing too much, to replace Malcom Fraser, (removed for knowing too much)also a Director of Maximum Resources.
Ian Dow left Maximum Resources VSE, sold his stock and insiders later capitalized in new Options and finders fees, re Mina Claudia 20%....etc.
March - April 1997 Dow shows up in Chile and demands a full Audit of expenses which we did and completed as a prew-audit with Cristobal a nd a Professional in Chile.
Noticing that Price, Dow et al were in arrears and owed everyone in Chile money, both fraudsters showed up in Chile with Last Frontier Oil certificates, which were given to us and then "taken" for exchange into "publicly trading shares of the first Medinah - Medinah Energy Inc.")
Their strategy worked and we sucked in - Price must have met with Barrick then, for their ethics were immediately ABANDONED.
a) Dow came back shortly after, and demanded return of the balanmce of the stock - for Price to convert it. We obliged and we have not received shares or monies since.
b) Our complete audits of expenses were once against stolen by Dow and Price et al, and this time claimed as their own expenses, it was such the goal, that Price sued Dayton for Cristobal's expenses when they had not paid us any money for the Churrumata site improvements (US$100,000 +.
c) Our "El Indio Sur" samples were partly lost or intenionally missplaced. Our Barrick deal was ....over...
d) Not happy with that, Price and Dow set us up via the Press and published criminal allegations as follows

Leslie P. price, Last Frontier Oil Company, Sierra La Plata S.A....etc.) in the III and IV Regions news papers.
Results, all the people that had cheques from Cristobal launched them at once, Price and Dow knew from me that a bad cheque in Chile means jail. They did it to bury us and plot to steal the mining properties from our represented in Sierra de La Plata Mina Claudia.
e) All 3 contracts in 1997 were unpaid for, in serious arrears and Price sent Gloria Vargas and Simon a Geologist to claim jump.
f) Our Mining property Lawyer, cleaning up Manto Milagroso, was JUAN JOSE QUIJANO... RINGS THE BELL???
YES.... Quijano was used later by Price to LAUNDER the stolen money raised for our projects and bto buy

g) False claims were laid out on top of the Sierra de La Plata project that never propspered in accordance to Chilean Mining Law.
h) SEPTEMBER 05, 1997 in Santiago, Sierra La PLata S.A. cancells the Option Contract on Mina Claudia arguing fgalse pretenses of record.
i) LATE SEPTEMBER 1997 in USA, Medinah EWnergy is Born and it BUYS from NPENERGY and Last Frontier Oil, nothing else than "Mina Claudia" (option previously cancelled 2 weeks prior to) (or the false jumped claims) in 35 million shares of US$2 (opened at US2.25). This fraud is on record Notarized and KMT started his thread September 19 or 27.. after the property was legally forgone. (read his false add, supported in full by Price - Dow & Goodwin)
j) We discovered the claim jumping and quasi theft of claims called GIS for Gloria (Vargas) Ian (Dow) and Simon the Geologist. They still think we are dumb. Their claims never prospered and they lost US$30,000 in the process anbd that costed Gloria Vargas her head
k) Leslie Price the rat and snake, was keeping my wife and children in bread and tea, Cristobal at large from the Police and his pockets full of dollars and used once again one of my relations to deliver a brutal blow to shareholders and property owners alike, he hired Ricardo Munoz, friend of Quijano to try to move me aside from my contracts. His Lawyer De La Maza that made the criminal publication, double dealed Price with my represented Hugo Garcia Diaz, part owner of Mina Claudia, against my will.
l) After firing Mike Sandidge "the crime team" was very well "in control of the ball" or so they thought....
We had to return to North Vancouver destitute wih my wife and two children that lost the schoiol year thanks to Price's inanition diet and false promises schedule.
We thought the fraud would end up there.... NO WAY... it was just commencing folks... see the next entry...
