If it has reversed it is not by much. A year or so doesn't make for a reversal of the trend anyway unless it is a very big change in that year. The trend was down even during the last slowdown so I'm not sure that anything has changed in this one. It seems the trend it intact at least as far as the most recent available statistics. We should see national 2001 stats and some local 2002 stats within a year. You're right, one year does not make a trend, but its terribly coincidental. ted
