In the last robust times instead of holding the line on spending so as to save for the next downturn the politicos couldn't think up ways to spend it fast enough. Thus this deficit will be exacerbated by Clinton's policies.

You missed my entire point. I'm for cutting taxes NOW... and eliminating most of the special interest-ridden corrupt tax code.

Establishing a fairer, more level playing field for all taxpayers.

Not more of the same counter-productive 'special interest tweaking' of the hopelessly convoluted codes that we are getting.
