WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Adair International Oil & Gas Inc. (AIGI) said it
appointed Malone & Bailey PLLC as its new independent accountant for the fiscal
year ended Dec. 31, 2001, to replace Jackson & Rhodes P.C. on Monday.
There have been no disagreements between the company and its former auditor,
according to a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Jackson & Rhodes replaced Jack Sisks & Co. as the company's auditor in May
2000 after Sisks issued a going concern doubt for Adair.
Adair, based in Houston, acquires oil and gas properties. >>

Looks like all the "spending" is on gold, and all the "business investment" is in Newmont!<VBG>
