...and will provide SafeScience with access to a funding facility of up to $9,612,000 to fund... I suspect these are investments, that have been parked in the two special purpose entities. My point was that the funding "facility" possibly represents an (irrevocable ?) commitment to future investment in the JV. What I was wondering was how many more of these potential funding commitments were out there, and if the company had put a figure on them ? Don't get me wrong, I'm not bearish at these levels - I actually bought a few Elan this morning. I'm just trying to get a handle on the potential for future surprises. Totting the whole lot up is going to be a long job, but broad brush, my gut feeling is that Rick's assessment is a good one. nig <edit> Helluva cut & paste job. Thanks.
