Then what arises is "self-observation", which is not generated by egoic means. Through self-observation one's repetitive patterns are observed, which in turn leads to a summary understanding of these patterns (and how they play out). It is all a process of bringing to conscious awareness that which previously has resided in the unconscious and subconscious.That forms the basis of one's surrender into the Divine. Namaste! Jim
