Hi Steelie! I heard Maria screaming today that the traders are now saying TYC is a buy at these low levels. The tape showed TYC responding as she screamed even louder.

I was tempted to buy a slice but I decided to wait an hour. It did move up a buck or so and then just as quickly, down she went.

Congratulations on your "Whoopie!"

I bought some HC today and was quickly stopped out with a 2% loss. I'm not fooling around with long positions that won't move in this down trending market. They do what I want, when I want, or I'm out.

I'm content to sit on the sidelines and watch.

I even sold my holdings in gold today. Took my profits and said, "see ya!" Gold will probably continue higher, but it felt like dirty money to me. Dirty, dirty, dirty! I thought I'd leave the rest of the profits to the dirty people. I like to share.

PS to Dan - I'm not looking at anything right now. I'm waiting for the markets to show me they are willing to reverse. I expect to jump on some long positions when I see the market is willing to rise. The short positions I shared here on Jan 8 are now up 15% as a group. Not bad for less than a month.
