When TYC announced they were splitting into 4 parts I didn't realize they really meant splitting the price by 4.

FNSR just made an acquisition which could be driving down the price, shareholders just don't like any potential dilution, or even cash outlay in such a bad economic environment. Once it's established the acquisition will be accretive FNSR will do quite well. Until then, tight buy stops.
