One more note.

If we finish Q4 with 2 million subs as previous guidance outlined. (220K net additions per quarter)

We should look like this.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Q402
Net Subscribers..2,000,000

$ in 1,000
Equip. Revs.............13,800
Service Revs.........206,000
Total>>>>>>>.......219,000
Covenant...............180,000

Cost of Service......92,000
Cost of Equip.........20,000
Selling+Marketin...35,000
General / Admin....34,000

EBITDA profit........42,800

EBTDA loss .........(16,000)

And like I have pointed out using FCC documents earlier. Grand Rapids, Lansing, Muskegon, are already built out with Switch installed and CO codes assigned. Saginaw/Bay City also has their switch and CO codes installed/assigned. But, LWIN has not filed there required FCC build out documents since they are not due until April. That another 800,000 covered POP's in addition to the 962,000 that are yet to launch in Buffalo for a total of 1.762 million new licensed POP's that are covered that we haven't launched. Versus the 4.7 million that we launched in Q401.

I think we can scare up another 220,000 subs a quarter out of 26 million covered.
