As I remeber, CEF is nothing but gold and silver bullion in vaults in Canada--or that's the way it was the last time I saw an annual report. That's why I bought it last year when it was at about an 8% discount and sold it when the discount disappeared. So somebody is willing to pay a premium to avoid transaction and storage hassle, which is the way it ought to be valued. But 6% is too much. Makes it into essentially a load fund.

Is that other bullion fund leveraged--I have forgotten its name?
