Haim, i agree that Europe should be a bit more assertive in foreign policy matters...unfortunately in the military sphere the continent is much too comfortable relying on the US to do the dirty deeds. Europe's armies need streamlining and updating badly. the geo-political problems certainly support the dollar to some extent - no doubt about that. but i still think that Europe is underestimated based on economic fundamentals. the slope of the yield curve tells the tale...
