yes, i've seen it. big departure from his earliest comments on the issue (which hinted that there was no more 'dollar policy' of any sort). and i for one am certain why. A) with the manufacturing sector providing only a paltry 14% of US jobs these days, there is simply no viable political constituency for a weaker dollar. and B), C),D) & E) no strong dollar, no more Casino. no more printing as many as possible. no more hidden tax on the rest of the world (exchanging promises for real goods and services). and most definitely a systemic crisis.

i guess the boyz have explained it all to him in the meantime. of course, the GMs and Fords are fuming...they thought O'Neill was one of their guys. obviously in a deranged credit bubble the banksters rule though...until it waves good-bye of its own accord.
