I heard mortgage rates were already rising. My mother
told me. She lives in the mid-west. The homes for
sale in my neighborhood are still for sale. Although
winter isn't prime time to sell a house, in the past,
these homes sold in a few days. Of course, many
people have lost their jobs.

I saw W on tv last night. His war posture frightens me.
He has totally transformed himself. He has now found
a goal for his Presidency: launch US wars
around the world.

The US has never started wars in recent times.

W's simplistic organization of the world into good
and evil served us well when we fought the hopeless
Taliban in Afghanistan. The war had a narrow
focus. Everyone eventually recognized the Taliban
as our enemy, and, for the most part the US unlocked
their grip on Afghanistan.

But to turn the war into a world-wide
war is dangerous, a drain on our finances, and a
threat to our prosperity.

W plans to spend millions on sophisticated
weapons in order to start a series of wars on
people who attacked us by using box cutters to
take over US planes.

Are you worried?
