There is no waiting period if I pass the check. fbi.gov; It sounds like it could be an effective system but going thru the different states on the Brady site, so far I have only seen that OR has the NICS system in place. I think you said New Mexico and Miss. too but the Brady site does not agree. You would think they would know. bradycampaign.org ted
