I don't see how the Micron case becomes too important anymore. RMBS is going to be declared comatose very soon. It all a matter of the exact type of documentation required for this diagnosis and then it just a matter of time when you can declare the patient dead dead dead. Micron decision that goes against them is just a condition of high fever or convulsions of some one who is already critically ill on life support. If they win patent case for some reason, see OSTE for possible stock chart reaction. No more than 2X pop in price considering moribund investing environment.
