reason for gold move: G7 will agree to devalue USdollar

they meet in Canada this weekend
gonna have untold unexpected consequences:
- higher US interest rates is unavoidable
- accelerating slide in US real estate from higher mortg rates
- foreign selling of US stocks and bonds

first a move from dollar into gold
then later a move into new euro

bitter medicine for US leaders who are in a big ugly corner
never before has US seen a recession with such high dollar
unwind the dollar, take our financial markets down another notch

expect our leaders to get bogged down by unexpected consequences
currencies are dangerous and full of pitfalls
never do they act as anticipated, never

eventually though, good for US exporters and our competitiveness, which will aid a real recovery
