T: That we are going to go through the wringer is a "given" for me. And of course, I have been positioning for this from far too "early" a time frame. That said, once those wringers have more or less squeezed most of the excess (debt) from the system, I will swing back hard to the long side. One thing about Americans,..... they tend to cut their losses fairly quickly and brutally. How long will the process take? I haven't a clue. If the downside hits like a Tsunamai, the whole process could be done and over with in a couple of years. But if it just "grinds" its way down, half a decade or more in the Vaderian caves wouldn't surprise me at all. Best, Earlie
