Ann sorry to say that studies have concluded that open highways that warrant it (ie not curvy) increasing the speed limit to 70 vs 55 has not increased the death rate. Of course if you decrease speed limits to 15 you cannot get the death rate down to zero

Well, perhaps they should speed responsibly!~ :-) However, I do think that for what it's worth, the numbers as I suggested figuring them come out WAY in favor of speeding! Just might be worth considering!

"Speeding probably caused the huge pileup out on the west coast yesterday. Fog rolled in, visibility was at a minimum.....but, I bet avowed speeders continue to rip along until finally they caused that gigantic pileup."

Nope...It was some "broad" trying to put on make-up and talk on the cell at the same time. She was only doing 35.
