I'm no longer defense related and don't want to be. Those dorks ask too many questions about matters that in my opinion are none of the government's flippin' business. Once, I couldn't take it anymore. In the pre-interview for my poly [where they go over the questions beforehand] I said look, you've been asking that damn question for 20 years, and I never thought it was your business to begin with, but I've answered it and passed for 20 damn years. How much longer are you going to answer that stupid question? I felt better. What surprised me though, was they took it off the poly...I thought they were going to grill me over it. And the Brits really don't know yet that we seceded from the British Empire- -at gunpoint? Nobody tells them? They know it. Just no point in hearing it...again. Bad memories, I suppose. Focus on the stories that have a happy ending....Cromwell eventually got the axe, that's a happy ending. jttmab
