the Bush administration was creating expectations that it might regret having to fulfill. Right now the Bush administration will do anything to keep the focus on conflict and his poll ratings high. It's kind of a live for the moment philosophy. In Zorba the Greek that led to a business failure and a lot more drinking. TP
