Ray,

You forgot the Baptist Foundation scandal in Arizona, where AA was giving them a clean bill of health, all the while insiders were losing investors' money hand-over-fist. Almost the exact same scenario is alleged in Arizona, as is alleged in Houston, except maybe for the shredding incidents. Don't think I've heard that alleged yet...
