Earlie, re. Veneroso: he has stopped publishing a while ago. then people asked around to find out why he disappeared...turns out (according to Murphy) that he received several death threats. decided it wasn't worth it, i.e. he took the threats seriously. now if nobody in this game has anything to hide, why threaten an old hand like Veneroso? from "ignore him" to death threats is quite a step.
