100's of factors could come into play...key talent leaving cuz their options are worthless, larger semi companies commoditizing their key markets, key management mistakes, scams, and endless dilution of the common ...the list is endless. The main factor is that overall growth is just not there. You might have some decent product, but so does MXIM, PMCS, or TXN...etc. Now it's a bitch-slap market...everyone out to out tweak their competitor and beat'em with a extra feature for the same ASP. Same ole ball game...da semi biz.
