Hi TigerPaw,

One of the real travesties of justice in this tawdry affair is the glacial pace at which the FBI has taken control of the computer system at Enron, and its utter failure to do the same at Andersen's Houston operation. The shredding of paper is trivial in comparison to the destruction of data on electronic storage devices. A matter that has received almost no attention whatsoever in the press.

The FBI only moved when it was shamed into it by a plaintiff's lawyer carrying a box of shredded material into civil court. The inaction by the Department of Justice is an affront to the American people, and a further indication of the cynical moral bankruptcy of the Bush regime.
