That I would like to see references to if you have any. Seriously.

There is a kaliedescope of ways this can be done, and certainly Bush Incorporated is in the thick of it with "Kenny Boy", but I'd love to see other administrations implicated also, if there are any facts to be gotten. It would help expose techniques.
