T: I'm no help. As a result of having been smacked in virtually every non-North American investment that I have made, I have vowed to stay out of briar patches that I know nothing about. They have their own rules, I can't speak the language, the culture is not understood, and I am a foreigner with a target painted on my chest. I have enough trouble investing right here in my own pond, so I avoid foreign oceans. Besides which, we have a "target-rich" environment here and I can trade 'em on a simple phone call.
