I don't want to blame the general public about snoozing. After all, we are supposed to be voting for quality individuals who are suppose to do their job and not try and break the bank in the process.

In a perfect world, we wouldn't have to be constantly baby sitting to the politicians. Obviously, this is not a perfect world.
