Yeah.... pretty ugly, isn't it? I guess it would seem that this SEC issue wasn't as secret as it was supposed to be because this stock has done nothing but decline since the end of December when they received the letter. That's cause enough for an investigation. That said.. the stock has potential downside risk to $5-6/share before all is said and down on completing the lower arm of the current downtrend channel. And this will provide even more leverage for California to revisit the pricing on those power contracts. Hawk
