The "sex lies" (perjury, obstruction of justice and misuse of office)are the only ones he got nailed for. His other criminal activity was unpunished.....So was OJ's. It doesn't make either of them any less despicable.... JLA

Speaking of Enron. story.news.yahoo.com The House panel had attempted to serve Lay with a subpoena on Monday, but a committee spokeswoman said Silbert told them he could not accept it because he didn't know where Lay was. Kelly Kimberly, a spokeswoman for Lay, said this morning that Lay was currently in Houston, having flown back from Washington on a private aircraft Monday. What was Ken Lay doing in Washington that was so secret that his lawyer didn't know where he was? Must not have been near Congress or they would have given him the supeana. Perhaps he was in the secret bunker with Cheney trying to get their secret stories syncronized. TP
