I belive that's 1 + 5% at Freightrain, but I think most of the other claims are without these obligations. At least the company PR's don't mention this for the additional ground that's been staked. BTW, I agree it's going to take some big values at 20 cht to make a go of this. The only reason I'm in this play is I believe JI includes the very real prospect for larger stones and/or high stone values. For discussion purposes, one might also estimate that the grade below the crater facies as 20% less.
