Move everything you can into "long term restructuring charges", close down a bunch of sales offices and throw the leases into that category also. Sublease the office space and report it as a profit. Write of all of your inventory to reflect your current business, sell that all for a 100% profit (as noted here). Also, under depreciate your assets or capitalize things such as software with outrageous pricetags (don't know if you can do that though) That's whay Brian Boytano'd do.
