Yes, and that's exactly where the Dems would have had the US.

Remember the 1980's - the so-called "Atari Democrats" - Gore, Kerry, Hart, Bradley et al - embraced Japan's model as superior to ours. At the very moment America was setting the stage for business domination of a type not seen in decades, if at all.

The Dems still embrace the failed Japan-style Keynesian stimulus model as displayed by Daschle.

Some people never learn.

(Funny thing, Honda, Japan's "American" auto company is its most dynamic - a hard charging #2 that MITI never wanted making cars).

So, from your response I guess you think we should tax corporations more? Who does that tax eventually get passed onto?
