Generally, I think the conservatives focus a lot more on op-ed pieces than the liberals. Here's one of those liberals. Just the first to come to mind. I recall that a liberal (the 20th centuries granddaddy of em all) started that. And farm state congresscritters from both parties have loved 'em ever since. $320 Million to develop school National Achievement Tests is a war objective? That was planned before 9/11. And I don't agree with the Feds getting involved in this. 250 Million for Enron... Documentation? $600 Million to add to GM's $8 Billion in Cash... Documentation? GM makes tanks, humvees, electronics,......
