John: I won't be surprised to see 1600 again. I do think that will be healthy. It is important that p/e (properly calculated) stay below 40, even for great companies like Dell.

With a complex company, SEC and politicians on the prowl, and lawyers waiting to pounce, Chambers very wisely declined to predict beyond the 3 d quarter. So mm's assume the worst.
The report looked very good to me, but am easily impressed
Haven't got a clue. where Nas is going. Not much up, I guess.
Will Dell give some future guidance next week?. HP and CPQ were optimistic
