That's the business I'm in and I can tell you it's nuclear armagedden out there. Billable rates are halved and billable hours are tough to get. Q4 last year was dead and had high hopes for Q1 this year but it is not materializing. Companies are not spending on I.T. The gloves are coming off with consultants and it's pretty much hand to hand trench warfare for half the money made last year. -ng-

Well this is just SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in the tech industry. Blame the guy who just left.

I'm careful of the old buzzards on the long side though too -g- I got hammered a bit on IBM poots in January, late Jan, early Feb was the right time to look down on the beemer.

But the Beemer crusade looks interesting.
