absolutely. but the blame extends to the bozos investing the insurance fund money etc etc etc.. they didn't read, they simply listened to the creeps who showed up in the office with the pitch... and yet state regulators will allow the insurance industry to collect from you and me... fuck that.. regulated guaranteed profits? what's that? but that's what it is! every man woman and child.. be prepared to fend for yourselves...............or worse..........everybody else.
