moufassa7: Up until the Enron scandal, I have viewed the malpractice and class-action litigation lawyers and firms with complete disdain. However, they are going to perform a public service with regard to Enron and the greedy Wall St. brokerage firms that are responsible for this fiasco.

The criminal justice system still regards white collar crime as a joke, winking at it and giving the perpetrators easy sentences in country-club detention facilities. The lawyers will hound these criminals from Enron, Arthur Andersen, and the Wall St. brokerage firms for the better part of this decade. They all have deep pockets and the lawyers are like sharks in a feeding frenzy. They will bleed all of the above for millions of dollars in class-action and civil law suits for years to come.

I never thought I would say this, but....

GOD BLESS THEM FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE THEY WILL PERFORM!!

ENE, GX...and the FBI is investigating as well. The headlines will continue, imo, dampening any public enthusiasm for the stock market--MK--
