If a President can be stuck in a cell for anything criminal that happens in gov't in his term, well, we're going to have to redesign our gov't because no one will run for President. Or only crazy people will.
Got another idea?

You know, this sort of thing goes all the way back to George Washington's expense accounts.

And further than that, I'm sure, in the British gov't. The gov'ts of ancient Greece and Rome were corrupt.

Neither man nor gov't are perfectable.
