why not do this: buy calls on a basket of these ... one of them may go bankrupt like ENE, but they all won't -- those that don't may double in 6 months to a year. I certainly would not short them. All of them have debt and lots of it -- nature of the biz.

DUK and FPL look like they're about to break bad. there must be more bad news that's about to break if those two are at the edge.
