- doesn't tyco also buy up a bunch of little shops & makes one big one that's worht it

- like i recall a WSJ article several years ago where Tyco is now the only plastic coat hanger maker to Walmart, Kmart, etc... - b/c Tyco either bought or put out of business all the coat hanger sellers; then w/ such huge economies of scale, is now the low-cost producer so they're immune from competition

- my point is that Tyco is really getting a raw deal; & the $26 stock price is still a joke IMHO

I'd say that given yesterday's reaction, not too many believe the company's spin either.
