Considering the Constitution of several if not all States say that individuals have the right to own guns and they probably used the US Constitution as a guide - how is it you suppose they screwed up. They should have said the right was meant to be collective right and not an individual shouldn't they?

State rights vs federalism was an issue in the last presidential elections. The states have always railed against the power of Washington. So its not surprising to me that some states' constitutions are not in lock step with the US Constitution.

We agree on very little on this thread......how much different do you think it is between 50 states and DC?
